This is just my opinion and you should do your own research.
I've been driving on the Cooper Cobra Instinct tires for almost 2 weeks now and I like them.
I've driven in the rain with them and they handled well. They seem to be quiet and do well overall.
I also like the fact that they're made in the U.S. and they're less expensive than most of the other well known brands.
I've had them up to 95mph with no trouble. I don't drive as crazy as I used to, but I think they're good tires.
