The powertrain and most mechanical components are 2003 Mercedes SLK320. Find an independent mechanic who specializes in German cars, preferably M-B. If it is interior cosmetic work, any reputable upholstery shop s/b able to handle it. E.g., I had the headliner replaced in my SRT6 and the upholsterer obtained almost identical Daimler-Chrysler material and it matches perfectly.
