Not difficult at all. When I had a shop do mine years ago they took the second set of cats out and put an electronic cut out in. My switch is cut into the plastic piece where the headlight switch is. Sounds a bit like a boat chugging along at idle but under load I enjoy it. Definitely loud as hell though
