I believe this setup may have some extra pipes bypassing the muffler or resonator (with the cutout in the bypass). Without seeing the piping, and the camera just focused on the exhaust pipes, the exhaust seems to sound like it is still going partially through either the resonator or partially through the muffler. Too bad the video posted doesn't show the piping. Can't tell if the cutout is dumped under the car (although I believe the sound would be MUCH louder).
