The On-Board Dianostics port under the dashboard on the driver side is not giving me a reason why it will not pass NYS inspection. No code indication. I have put over 250 miles on the car since it first failed and have brought it back 5 time to the inspection station to no avail. I did change RCM 6 months ago and the only thing I wanted to know is, in your opinion does the RCM have anything to do with the information that the OBD-II reads. If I'm not expanding myself correctly, I'm sorry, just looking for advice.
