Hi Jeff,
Sounds like you might have a CAN BUS issue. You can measure the CAN BUS resistance, if you get around 60 ohms, then at least you know the wiring is okay, and it's probably one of the modules that has an issue. I had a no crank issue where a splice on the can bus failed. I don't remember the ECU connector or pins to test, but it's fairly straightforward. You can look at my posts for "no crank" to get the details or look through the service manual (which is downloadable from this site).
