Recently acquired a 2005 Coupe in fantastic condition and very low miles. Only 1 key/fob causing me some concern. Checked the forum for what others have done. Decided to go with NeedsWings to create a second key. After contacting them to understand the process and pay in advance,, I dropped off my extra-padded key in an extra-padded envelope at UPS on Friday. They told me it would arrive on Tuesday. Got notified Tuesday afternoon by NeedsWings that it had arrived and they would begin working on it. Much to my surprise, I got notification within a couple days that it was complete and is on its way back to me. UPS delivered it Thursday afternoon. Inside were both my original and the new key in separate padded packages. Instructions (very simple) were included on how to synchronize it with my car. Worked like a champ. Both keys perform as intended. I am so impressed with NeedsWings turnaround time and excellent work, I'd recommend them to anyone. I was very concerned after reading the horror stories of how long owners were still waiting (months) to get delivery from the dealer/manufacturer... I was happy with the cost as well, also based upon rumors of several hundred or even more than a grand. $325 was well worth it for the peace of mind.
