I imagine you can also do your fluid changes
Many owners here do their own service and maintenance and there is a lot of info shared here about the process to doing many maintenance services
Otherwise look for a European Automotive service shop to take care of your Crossfire
Chrysler is NOT the place to go as they no nothing about servicing a Crossfire
