You can't really tell by what it listed there, but none of what's listed sounds very serious.

- The recall was most likely the top radiator hose recall. Which apparently wasn't serious enough to cause me any problems.
- The gearshift mechanism repair sounds like it could be cosmetic, if you're not having problems with it now, I wouldn't worry.
- The flexible service schedule was probably just resetting the service schedule after oil changes.

If you're concerned about your car having problems in the future, buy an extended warranty. Otherwise, just enjoy driving it.
