1) Sometimes I just have the key on, not the engine. I noticed also that the Top Switch light blinks when it's not working, and a few miles down the road, sometimes I will get a beeping that has no indicator, but is timed with the Switch light.

2) Yeah, but it's simply gone, just like you told me, after you turn off the car the draw is about .8, then after about 2 min it drops to .03. Puzzling where the draw went?
