Yes, i have watched the videos. The power roof hasn’t worked since we purchased the car last month. The salesman was able to raise and lower it manually without issue. We lowered it for the first time last week but with the hurricane pending here, we are trying to get it back up. First time we have dealt with a convertible so we are not very knowledgable either. I am turning it towards the driver side to release. If I try to turn it towards the passenger side, it is very firm and I’m afraid to break something. Is turning it to the driver side the correct direction?
