I would thing something is loose. I agree with amx1397 that you should get a spare RCM just in case. Or at least send yours out to @tighed1 to have it refurbished.
His repairs have a quick turnaround time and it's very inexpensive. Also your horn will work without having to put the key in the ignition.
Why they didn't make that happen from the factory is beyond me.
