Default Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?

@UrbanE

"Clear Film
I may go to a graphic vinyl shop optical detail shop for this. BUT I’ve seen DIY Clear film for these cars on EBay. Sure would appreciate installation and lifespan experience feedback"

I had XPEL Ultimate Fusion paint protection film applied to my aero blue SRT6 3 years ago; front bumper, hood, windshield surround, rock panels and the wing. The entire car was then professionally coated in ceramic.
As of today I you can't see any difference between the wrapped and unwrapped paint. The ceramic coating was a five step process; They had the car for a week.
The car is garage keep when I'm not driving it.
All of the above is clear film.

I like the product and the shop that applies the film so much, after I had these painted, the front of my wife's CLK 500 and the front bumper on the Limited Crossfire that I own covered with the same film; It is good stuff!
