I feel comfortable in changing out the connector and oil level sensor will have a shop do the rear crankshaft oil seal and the valve cover gaskets.
since the tranny only has 20k on it just like the car and has been kept in the garage do you feel a transmission service while not necessarly needed it would be a good idea just so all the adfitives are current and good.
