esp-bas code 1330 Wackamole
Have a 2008 limited convertible, bright silver, from Florida, with the esp-bas light on. Getting fault code 1330 BAS solenoid valve circuit. Traced it to page 303 diagnostic test step number 8 of the 2008 Chrysler crossfire service manual. The book calls for a resistance of 23.5k ohms to 24.5k ohms. On the original Controller Anti-lock Brake Module I got a reading of 0.437k ohms which does not fall in range above. Book says replace module. Got module from a 2007 crossfire. Installed it in my 2008. Ran Codes got 1330 again. measured the 2007 module and got 0.438k ohms. Erased codes with StarSCAN and up pops 1330 again. Where do I go from here?
Did have the car storage for 2 years, ran it in garage a few times, every things fine. Was on a battery maintainer the whole time. That's when the Wackamole took over my car in June, esp-bas light on, tpms light on, no start, no crank, ran out of gas, no tpms wheel batteries, weak remote battery, siren shot, 12v battery old, bad relays with good solder. Fixed all that. Changed oil and brake fluid. Added second ground, everything works except esp-bas light still on with fault code 1330.
Hope somebody had the same problem with a fix.
First time here.
