If it’s the same tensioner since new, it would be on my change it out list.
Cheap and easy to replace in the garage or on the driveway with all the tools handy, not fun, not easy when it fails on the highway. In the rain, waiting for a flatbed tow truck.
If you do change it, change the belt too.
