You’re going to need to swap SKREEM, ECU, BCU, fobs.
BUT
The ECU may be different between coupe and roadster and also for auto and manual. I do not know the answer but there are members here that have the knowledge you’re looking for you. You need to be specific with your ask.

I drive an Auto but my understanding is that the manual XF does not have a TCU. Something to consider is will this cause an issue with the ECU?
I know the BCM is different.

This is a lot of work, sell the best car and buy the one you want for about the same amount of money. Upside, time saved/money saved/parts car and it works.
