Default Re: SRT6 vs Modern Muscle

As Blackpepper pointed out - I have tried a lot of tunes. Only two ways to go if you want to re-awaken the beast in my opinion

1) Get a V-Tech Georgia (the country not the state) tune. Extremely knowledgeable and after hours of data logging the best ECU tune out there for me.
2) Transmission: Hands down the best tranny tune is done by Andrew Tieken (Mercedes Swap Shop and LateModel21 sell it). Best decision I have ever made. I have tried multiple TCU tunes and this is the most fun and responsive one. It comes with 4 modes that can be changed by toggling the S/W switch by your shifter Comfort, Sport, Agility, Manual. Agility has the fastest shift points, holds the gears longer and downshifts faster under load. The Manual is a true manual that holds the gear for as long until you choose to switch gears.
LM21 also sells a paddle shifter kit. Combine this tune with the paddle shifter kit and you bring the sluggish, but bulletproof 5-G Automatic to another level.
3) I see you already have a plethora of performance upgrades - the biggest challenge with our cars is getting the hp to the rear wheels and on the streets. A limited slip differential will help you achieve that.

With your mods, the new tunes and limited slip, I would not be surprised if people would be very surprised at how many modern day muscle cars the "old school" SRT can smoke still to this day!
