Mark, I know where you are coming from,,,i have L4 & L5 ruptured, and had colon, prostate and throat
cancer, ,as we get older we think we can still do any/every thing, I am sadden to here about your condition
but you are smart enough to do something about it,, if YOU NEED anything please call me , I thank you for your
