I have the XM-2-Go mounted to the right of the shifter using a bracket that is made for the Crossfire. The only problem that I had was that the bracket was the dark Grey & not the lighter color that is joins up with. The place I got it from took it back and had it color matched to the area that it is mounted.

I got the car kit for the XM-2-Go which put the signal in-line with the antenna and the sound is just great. I have a roadster so the antenna is mounted in the center of the dash board right up against the window.

I can take some pictures and post if you are interested.
