I was terrified that it was going to be a failing water pump or head gasket or something else that's terrible.
Today I was adding coolant for the umpteenth time and I finally spotted it, a weird "S" shaped hose coming off of a "Y" connection to what I believe to be my upper radiator hose, traveling to a "T" connection to another hose traveling who knows where.
I have attached a photo and tried to highlight what I could (Sorry in advance for underhood filthiness, and horrible "Paint 3D" drawing lol). The red "dashes" highlight the hose in question, the blue "arrow" points to the source of the leak which is an abrasion on the front side of this hose that cannot be seen in this photo, the blue "circle" highlights the puddle of coolant forming from the leak.
Also explains why I couldn't spot it...Coolant leaks onto top of fan then drips down behind fan, fan instantly blows it completely away leaving no puddle under car and only the very occasional half second whiff of "Hmm was that antifreeze"? (Clever Girl)
Anyhow my questions to everyone here are 1. What is this hose called? 2. Where can I buy one 3. I am unsure about what kind of connectors that hose is using, does anyone know? When I try to look up "2005 Chrysler Crossfire Radiator Hose" I only get "hits" for the large upper radiator hose, not this crazy thing in the picture.
Thanks for reading all this! Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to replace the whole thing and flush the coolant. You can go to a Mercedes-Benz dealer and ask for that part. I don't think they sell the individual piece though.
Yours shouldn't be rubbing like that. It looks like it's routed wrong. Maybe somebody replaced that hose with the wrong size?
See the picture of mine below.
Here's a link to one I found on e bay.
