turn on the headlights, disconnect the negative battery cable and best practice disconnect the positive battery cable, charge the battery or replace, reconnect the positive battery cable, reconnect the negative cable, turn off the headlights.

Jump start is your least desirable choice, but it can be done. Have no idea what a capacitor jump start is, but it really doesn't sound good. Lithium battery starters are just another jump start, some may use capacitors, but again that doesn't sound good at all.
