I have a 2005 Crossfire Limited. The rear cargo light went out and I needed a new bulb. Every auto part store and also this forum says it takes a 6418 bulb. The problem is, it is too short and won't fit between the metal contacts. It just falls through. They can't be bent far enough to make it work. I did find a bulb (6411) that is the same size as the one that bunt out. It fits perfectly but it is a 10amp bulb while the 6418 is a 5 amp bulb. My dash light won't go out with this bulb and I'm wondering if it has to do with the different amperage. I checked every other bub everywhere on the car and can't find any other burnt out bulbs. I mean everywhere. Any suggestions? The 6418 bulb that is called for will not fit!
