pizzaguy is correct and I was wrong. It turned out that my climate control unit was failing. It seemed like it was correcting for the temperature changes. The unit ended up needing to be refurbished.
Also fuse #15 I think, failed and had to be replace. I also rebuilt the duo valve for the heck of it.
