Before you tear everything apart.
Same thing happened to me last week. I am the only driver so the seat never gets adjusted.
Thought I would move it a bit for a change. Nothing. Same with passenger seat.
Checked both fuses under the hood and all good except they were a little elevated.
Put them back in and snugged them down. I was ready to think it was the part under the dash as 2 fuses don't go at once, right?
Decided to try seats again. Both worked as per usual.
Next day out for a ride and turned radio on. Nothing.
Checked fuse under hood. Fine except did not seem quite snugged down. Checked out good. Radio works fine now.
Maybe after 20 years the fuses move a bit.
It would be nice if your problem was as simple as mine.
Maybe tank driver is on to something when he suggested updating all the fuses in a previous post .
