I've tried everything that you have suggested. When I open it after renaming the file, it just looks like a bunch of jibberish.
Ironiocally, I was able to do it last year on my other computer, but I can't do it on this one. They're both built the same way. Windows 7. (I have to replace the graphics card on the other one.
I've tried to do it on my computer with windows 10, also no luck.
