Hello. 2005 2 door coupe. On a recent cruise my bas/ esp light and battery light came on. Also my spoiler opened up at 70 kph. I got to the park spot and my windows would not go up, the spoiler didn't go down, and when i tried to fire up the car i got clicking but nothing else. I got a boost from a battery pack. All power was restored. Everything worked as it should. 10 minutes later, lights came back on, spoiler went up, and had to keep revs up to keep car running. Battery light also on. Got home and noticed battery had 9.75 volts. Went to buy a new battery next day. All worked for about 15 minutes. Then it all happened again. Now the new battery was at 10 volts. Did an alternator check and was only at 10.5 volts. Does this mean alternator is pooched and causing all these systems to light up and fail? Any help would be great. My local Chrysler dealer says a new alternator is no longer available, when i go to my appointment June 24. But they are willing to look at it. How fortunate. LOL
