DO NOT GO TO A CHRYSLER DEALER

They no longer service a Crossfire as it has been out of production for 17 years
There may be a few that can help but its best you find an independent European repair shop
Alternators are still available for Crossfires but not at Chrysler
A reputable supplier for our Crossfire parts is Rob at Needswings
It does sound as if the alternator is what you need
