As others have stated, finding a Chrysler dealer that still works on these cars is rare. Most of the dealers have gotten rid of the tooling & diagnostic equipment long ago. I've got 2 Chrysler dealers in my area: one that never sold these cars & inherited the dealership when Chrysler consolidated their dealer network years ago (I would never take my Crossfire to these guys!); and a 2nd dealer that did sell these cars & has 2 Service Techs still employed that got the training to work on these cars. This last dealership is owned by a car enthusiast, that has his own collector car museum on site, & his passion is clearly visible throughout the dealership. But I still take my Crossfire to an independent M-B Service Shop for any major maintenance tasks because the prices for service work is so much cheaper than the Chrysler Dealer. All the routine & minor maintenance work I do myself & what I haven't done already I can learn the DIY steps from this Forum by those that have done these repairs before me.
