3 issues that come up a lot crankshaft sensor, RCM module bad grounding point. The parts are around $220. As a preventative measure I added a additional negative ground cable from the battery to a bolt on the transmission, replaced crankshaft sensor and RCM all of which is relatively easy. Even with a new fuel pump/filter the relay in the RCM provides power to the fuel pump.
