Hi Mike,
You might be better off with JB plastic weld.
I removed my clamps with needle nosed pliers. You can also use a tile nipper tool.
Once you get the clamp loose, use a pic tool to lift the hose a little and put some soapy water or WD-40 in where the hose connects to the t-fitting.
This will make it easier to remove. Don't try to remove the hose with the pic tool, it might rip.
