But electronics - there is where I AM qualified. With all the electrical/electronic issues these cars (and all cars, really) have - I made up my mind to contribute in the way that I can, and leave the rest to the real "gear heads" out there.
IN related news, I am rather proud of how I fixed my Ranger when it was acting up - for $94. Took me a week of thinking about what it was doing, and going thru the service manual, but I got it running right, all by myself. Just gotta find a shop to flush the radiator and brakes this year, it's due.
