I've used the attached procedure to restore the normal operation of the HVAC system in my 2007 Coupe. Since you've reported that your system works intermittently, good possibility this simple PM procedure might restore normal operation by just flushing the Duo Valve of any build-up from the cooling system. Worked for me.
