This is important - if you have a top that won't go down, try putting it down manually (see post 9). Then, try raising it. If it goes UP but not DOWN, it is reasonable to assume the issue is the top open switch OR the divider switch. And we already know that if there is a problem with EITHER of these two switches, it is almost ALWAYS the divider switch.

THe text leading up to that explains why this is. I know it's a long read, but if you want to fix this yourself, you MUST understand how the system works.
I have read that whole thread, I had ohm tested both switches to no avail. I just this minute jumped both the divider switch and the top open switches, also to no avail. Following your lead tomorrow I will test the pins at the top control module to make sure it is seeing the completed circuit.

The only other input I have is that when I am manually opening the top and I am holding the tonneau cover back to let the top fall in, the system beeps, but only while I hold the tonneau cover all the way back, if I let it come forward a bit, the beeping stops. I don't know if it's relevant
