"The only other input I have is that when I am manually opening the top and I am holding the tonneau cover back to let the top fall in, the system beeps, but only while I hold the tonneau cover all the way back, if I let it come forward a bit, the beeping stops. I don't know if it's relevant"
Travel sensors on the main cylinders?
