should I be worried about longevity and upkeep of it? I know that’s a loaded question because we don’t know how it’s been treated, but looking at how clean it is I would venture to say it’s been treated relatively decent.

BTW…this is coming from someone that just inherited a 05 N/A roadster, so I’m not completely familiar with them.

Thanks for your help in advance.
The only way to find out is to test drive the car. Look and listen for anything that doesn't seem right. Check for leaks (the breather covers on most Crossfire models are famous for leaking, not a big deal to fix).
The Mercedes M112 engine is very reliable. Maintenance on these cars is relatively easy. I have an 06 base roadster, so I'm not totally familiar with the supercharger's maintenance. However, I do my own work on my car. Just because it has a famous German name doesn't make the engine any different than anything else, they all require gas, air and spark.
You should check into the car's maintenance history, via carfax or request the owner to provide any records they can.
