You can get one try it. If it solves your problem keep it. You can return it, but I would recommend keeping it a spare.
Also, once you get back, if you can make it to an auto parts store have them use a scanner on your car. If the scanner doesn't read it as a Crossfire, use a 2003 Mercedes-Benz SLK 32 AMG for the scan.
