My '04 Crossfire is looking pretty good these days, although I imagine it will always be a work in progress. I recently installed custom Illuminati emblems from Andrew of this forum and they look pretty dope. I also added the chrome windshield screen, door handles, and accents in order to better match the 20" chrome rims. I recently painted the interior plastic and did some custom work with an Illuminati theme (too secretive to photograph, for now).
I've spent a lot of time on this car since I bought it last fall. This forum has proven clutch time and again. Thanks for helping with all of the random little repairs and mods, Crossfireforum members.

Just picked up this 2005 Base 6speed with 55k miles for 6500!!! I think i lucked out, everything is good with it except ashtray sticks out (fixed) and there is a clunk going from 1st to second, which can be avoided if you slightly have it gassed while switching to 2nd. Other than that i've been having a blast with this as my daily driver!! Oh yeah, i broke the convertible top on the first day! It was working perfectly at the dealership but when i went to do it myself it started going slow so i moved it along without taking the pressure out and i think one of the hydraulic cylinders sprung a leak...That or the seller topped it off with hydraulic fluid before i came and then showed it working and by the time it came to me it was already messed up. Oh well, I learned all about manual operation thanks to Pizzaguy, i even found the tool in my trunk.

It's a temporary fix until i can get inside and mess with it but i took a piece weatherstripping/rubber and cut it to the width of the ashtray. From there i lined it up at the very edge of the ashtray and pushed it closed. It stays closed and looks very clean with no gaps, but of course it becomes much more cumbersome to use as storage.
