Who has the highest mileage on their Crossfire?
Re: Who has the highest mileage on their Crossfire?
Not going to win this contest: 55k on the roadster (all my miles) and 26k on the SRT6. They are both driven regularly all summer but they do not go out in the snow and salt here in MI. Currently under blanket with battery tenders in the garage. I expect to continue to put 2-6k a year on each. Echos -- you need to drive these regularly otherwise things dry up, stick, or go bad. Keep the engine hot and the oil flowing, and do all maintenance. That philosophy has resulted in 231k on a 2003 Audi 2.7T (original bi-turbos) MT6.

I'm in the same boat. My 2005 Limited Roadster has 22K miles and lives in the garage full-time. I've been debating about selling mine. I love the car and it's a blast to drive. It will be 10 years old in January and looks brand new. However, it's not good to let it sit and I'm not sure whether there will ever be a collectors market for non-SRT models in the future to really make it worth holding onto.

I do not worry about it I want to drive it anyway.

Amen! Drive my 2004 Coupe daily... 123,000 miles...wouldn't have it any other way...I really am in love with this car!!..I know...strange.. LOL...Carl

I would drive mine much more often if I didn't commute 80+ miles a day through construction, heavy traffic and gravel trucks everywhere. My daily driver is a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic (turbo) and the front end is already beat to hell with rock chips. Would rather trash out the Sonic and save the Crossfire!
Re: Who has the highest mileage on their Crossfire?
Bought my 07 coupe a year ago with 121.6k and added 6.5k since. Was DD during the hot months and made a few runs to south Florida. Now resting while I enjoy the convertible. Selected NA because I wanted a manual trans (5 speed plus granny low) & like the pop-up spoiler.
Have had the oil changed and replaced the cabin and air filters. Changed the radio with one having HFP and BT. Replaced a few light bulbs (used to be amber rear turn signals with new amber and added SilverStar Ultra headlights).
And took a sawzall and air grinder to the rear bulkead so the seat goes back farther. Trimmed the foam on the seat for broader comfort (hip was hurting - had to do the same to a Fiero) NB.

Re: Who has the highest mileage on their Crossfire?
For those who keep theirs in the Garage. I used to think like that also. Now I drive it every day. My 2007 I will just turn 47000 miles on it. I realize if I keep it all stored up the next person after I pass will enjoy it more than me. I was thinking what great resale factor it would have...WRONG! I never plan on selling it. Got one for the wife who drives it to the bus parking to take the bus in. Hers, 2008 just turned in 38000 miles. If we keep anyone in from not driving this is the one. Here is about 600 away from the last one coming off the assembly line.
I just love to drive it, so I change the oil religiously, keep up on the maintenance and DRIVE! "Top Down!

Our two are driven all the time. Jack's has close to 40.000 and mine just over 65 K. We love driving them so much we needed two so we both can drive. Jack always was the passenger as long as we had one. We take care of them.
Had to change the Intercooler bump on both of them, reseal the head gasket on mine, supercharger pulley on both, radio replaced on mine with stock radio. All pretty little things. Roof replaced on mine on warranty.
Added DCAI on mine, supercharger separation tank on both and lots and lots of wax and polish. Love, love, love this car.

Sorry, mine is in the garage (Well on the driveway right now since a new home AC is going in). Put about 800 miles on it in March, but 'vert weather now until Juneish.
Do have homelink connected to the opener.
How does keeping it in the garage when not driving mean it is driven less ? (125k miles and increasing)
