10 year anniversary
Since the Crossfire is quickly coming upon it's 10 anniversary, How many Forum Members have been on board this Forum for 10 years, nine years, eight years etc.? Myself, I joined in early 2006. This is by far the best, informative Forum I have known. I hope all of the information stored on this Forum lasts for reference when these fine machines come back as collectables in 15 - 20 more years.

I have learned a lot in that time and forgotten a lot more. But that is what age does to you.

Bought my Crossfire in April 2007
Found this forum in July 2007
My first Crossfire meet was at the Woodward Dream Cruise in 2007
Ever since then I have been hooked

where did the time go?
If i remember correctly I got to sit in the prototype and fell in love. 2003
Saved up some money and looked into buying a used 04 in 2005. The car industry fell apart and was going crazy with deep discounts. Bought a new 2004 in aug of 2005 wirh 50 miles on it for 20k + a used saturn I was using as a beater.
Did a bunch of stuff to it. loved it.
About a year ago a tree fell on it and totaled it. I went to West Virginia to buy an SRT6 off a fellow forum member. Did more stuff...lol
Still loving it.....

Just 2 years here, after my warrantee expired...... This is the BEST forum ever. It's filled with Everything an owner of one of these Awesome cars would need. Thank you to all who have contributed and shared with other members. I have saved THOUSANDS of dollars doing the work myself and am no longer intimidated by complex or difficult repairs or mods. keep up the great work!
January 31 2008. Bought it brand new after searching for almost a year for "just the right one"
Lurked on the Forum in fall of 2007, Joined 2008.
I still have my original Crossie and an SRT6 for the missus. Altogether I have purchased four of these little gems.
When I first let the clutch out on my Roadster with a stick at the dealer it died. That was the first and only time it disappointed me. Good ones and bad ones,,,,,, I have yet to drive a Crossfire I didn't enjoy.

5+ years here. Have 3 (well Corky has one of them STILL) and I want more.
Saw an SRT on the road prior to getting my SRT coupe and started looking and researching. That's when I found you guys here on the forum.

Thanks for this post, been thinking about the anniversary of the car and, equally, of this forum lately. So many good people associated with this car/forum, the combination have made owning this car a joy. Congrats to all you 04 owners out there and the long time members of the forum! Good thoughts to those members who are no longer with us as well.
Joined the forum in Jan 05, bought my car in 06...i knew it was what i wanted.

I will be here seven years in June. I bought the first coupe in May of 07 and the next (mine) in November 07. I love my car like it was seven years ago. It is a black limited coupe, with cedar red interior. He strangely ended up with the name JACK SCHWARTZ. (meaning black)
I talk to Jack all the time even when I am not around him. He's so perfect it is scary. I only drive him on the best roads on sunny/blue days. He loves to drive on the roads out around the BARBER MOTOR SPORTS MUSEUM and sports one of their license plates on his rear end. Jack's mileage is so low that I am embarrassed to reveal it, but I will say that I get a hundred miles of pleasure for every mile I drive.
I've never had a single issue of any kind and after reading early on about so many detail issues I came to the conclusion that it was because he never sat in Baltimore yards or anywhere else. I received Jack within two weeks of his coming off the boat from Germany.
I have learned a lot on this forum for care and pampering, and have acquired a collection of great products to rely on because I came here and read people's experiences and knowledge. I thank everyone who shared their knowledge.
It has been nice and I hope it continues.
Closing on a sad note; I wish these cars had gotten more respect. I read more here than anywhere that many many owners hated so much about them and it was obvious they only bought one because they got a super low price. I wanted the car and never found it to be lacking. Every year has justified my purchase.
Best wishes,
Rich
