Do we have an ac relay, and if so where is it? Thanks for the help

 

No relay, driven directly from the module ( the silver panel with the ***** and buttons ) :

Update, last night I installed a new compressor, evac system, and charged, now enjoying Air condition for the first time in this car. The dash controls were bad, as well as the ac, compressor. Thanks for all the ideas in chasing this down.
