My 2004 I got in July with 5600, now has over 11,000. I have enjoyed it more in 5 months than the original owner did in 11 years!

415,000 miles there is a number to strive for. I might have to change my clutch before then.

165,000
Every day driver here, looking for input.
Most of my 165,000 miles have been on the highway, and freeway, minimal spirited driving.
Those of you with baby crossfires can plan for a long relationship. :-)
The question is...HOW FAR WILL IT GO ?
Only one crankshaft sensor at 110k, brakes once, enough Walmart mobil one to drown a horse, and a grand on tires every 40k. not bad. Oh, and the speeding tickets. Valentine does not solve every speed trap.

One owner 2004 coupe, only new car i have ever bought myself, and i'm an old guy.
PS, you don't have to change the sparkplugs either, OEM here, and I mean original.

Anyone farther down the road,
or any conjecture given the quality of the components?
Thanks

Given proper maintenance on regular intervals I would say the car would outlive you. 500000 before the engine would need to be rebuilt under normal driving conditions with routine normal maintenance. The engine block is silicon impregnated that's why it is important to use the oil that mercedes-benz recommends and changing it when they tell you to. I'd say it's pretty obvious that you drive and care for the car the way it should be done.
