I don't know of any actual covers but Amazon has both headlight and taillight film you can apply in different shades. Keep in mind this is illegal in many states.

Myself and FTroopChief are currently sorting out with our Vinyl guy to produce covers for the Rear Lights and hoping to complete installation this next week. Our main problem was the color match. After our hopefully final fit this next week we will be able to post finished job. Colors currently matching, Red and white. The estimated price per side is likely to be $25 pretty reasonable we think. This is a picture of the intentions NOT yet finalised.

These are the latest Vinyl Rear Light Covers Myself and FTroopChief have had fitted. These have been developed by a Vinyl Company in Kerrville, Texas. I should say that these were Developed and Fitted Professionally and were NOT easy to fit. John Penz had 3 separate fitments before these covers were perfected. Cost was approx. $25 per side, which we considered cheap considering the time spent on the development. One of the hardest parts was the color matching. Also we both had the "Crossfire" Decals fitted to the doors and the top of the windscreen. Lettering is easily applied as very little curvature applies, whereas the Rear Light surprisingly have quite a bit of curvature, What do Ya'll think.
