I have the driver and passenger seat belts directly in front of me and the only difference that I see is the sticker with different part number and L and R markings. They look exactly the same - why the different part numbers???

It appears there are two versions of the right seat belt? There is one with some sort of child restraint?

Anyways, even though the part numbers for the left and right seat belts are different, I have the two in front of me and they are exactly the same other than the stickers. Connectors are the same too. Buckles and bolts face the same direction. Why the different part numbers?
