How old are the XF drivers?
I'm still cranking it out ( not cranky ) at 69.The men in my family live into their 90's and past 100. I'll be a curse to my kids for a long time. No more life insurance either. I'll take it with me.
In 2007 when this thread was started I had just gotten my crossfire. Some of you guys were in your lower 20;s and some were in the high 60's myself at that time i was as the beetles say 64 ,, Now I am 72
And we have new members in their 20;s and older members in their 70's, looks like the older is getting younger!
But.. there is only one member that is 72 and drives the (world fastest crossfire)
in the 1/4 mile.
The crossfire lives on, just as most of the great cars we have known. and of course we live along beside and in it. jim

Hard to believe but Loren and I were both in our 70s when the Crossfire was conceived. Now I'm 83 1/2 and Loren is still trying to catch me, but we're both still driving!!
you guys win. you are the best/youngest drivers of crossfires on the forum,,,,,,,,,so far,, i will catch you soon, I guess i am the best/youngest driver of a crossfire on the track. we win LOL jim
Now this is a thread I truly enjoy reading from time to time.... only because when Lorne and John are on here, they make me feel young.... These little cars will keep us young... I wish I had taken better care of my chassis, but the motor is still purring along...lol....for 61 yrs and counting....
So was I Carl, but I was not a 20 year old single GIRL with a Crossfire !
If I had a Crossfire at 20, IT would have attracted attention, in Heather's case what we have here is a "Double Whammy"

Me, also, but it's getting harder to remember that time in my life. If I could only stop time it would be about 28, old enough to not act a fool, yet, young enough to be adventuress.
