Default Rolled fenders or wide body on front?

Has anyone rolled the front fenders or put a wide body style fender on the front? Im thinking about getting another another SRT and running CAM autocross but would want at least a 285/30 up front

I've rolled the front and rear fenders. You can fit a huge tire on the front if the cars not lowered. If you're lowered and want a tire to fit inside the lip your limited by where the fascia meets the fender. It won't pull out like the top and rear of the fender. I've had a 255/35/18 street tire on the front and currently run a 245/35/18 Hoosier R7 which is the widest 245 I've ever seen. It's as close as you can get and still fit. The rim is a 18x9 with 30 offset.

Thats good info, I know a 285 30 18 v710 will fit under the car and not hit that top nut, but stuck out about 2 inches.
do you have any pictures of your rolled Les?

I'll be searching for a professional custom sheet metal fabricator late Spring to widen my rear fenders. Either inward or outward. I have a spare stripped body that hasen't been cut away at if sheet metal is needed to graph onto my car. Have already cut away from another spare body for full rear fenders and left a portion of the fenderwells attached. So many projects and so little time. Squirrel Crusher

I'll take a picture tomorrow. It'll look funny with the stock rims and tires but you'll get an idea what I'm talking about. I have lots of pictures but they don't show what you really want to see.

On the rear the problem on a lowered car is the inner fender at the inside top of the tire. In order to keep from rubbing with -2º of camber, and lowered, I've put 10mm spacers on. The tires are 275/35/18 on a 18x10 with a 25mm offset. It's possible to fold the rear lip. It's thick and hard to convince but can be done.

Front, see the poor transition to the fascia. That part didn't want to budge.

These are my tire widths. (Hoosier R7) The shorter tire is the 245/35/18 and the slightly wider and taller tire is 275/35/18. It's a WIDE 245.

Here's the rear. It takes a lot of care on the rear. It's not made is a way that's friendly to being pulled or rolled.

BTW, I purchased a heat gun and borrowed the fender roller from a shop and rolled them myself. My first time rolling a fender. I'm sure a pro could do better.
