You have one of these? I just got the Premium model but can't access the up-dates.
I have a Apple computer. Could that be the problem?

Yes, I have one and did the updates OK with my WIN7 desktop.
You remove the tiny little chip thingy ( under the cover ) and use the supplied USB adapter.
Go to the web site and download the updates to the chip thingy, then put it back in the unit.

 

If you buy one of these, make sure you are using a Windows based computer, or you won't be able to register it or get up-dates. Launch does not support Apple. Ask me how I know.

 

Been looking at the Launch CRP123. Anyone know if it can read/reset the SRS/ORC system on an '07 ?

 

Supposedly it can, although I have not verified that. I loaned mine to Crystal, she is supposed to reset an SRS with it, haven't heard back from her.
