Headlight Bulb Spring Clip
I lost one of the spring clips for one of my headlight bulbs recently.
Searching on the forum, I found a post which indicated there is a Saab part number that is exactly the clip we need.
Part # 5400007
Headlight Bulb Retainer. Headlight Fastener Clip. Spring.
I ordered one and that is 100% correct. It is exactly the clip in our Crossfires.
I want to add where I ordered it from and say I had a great experience dealing with Saab Express in Chattanooga Tennesee. James Riley in parts was all over communicating with me from the time I placed my order until it shipped. In his first email, he told me he didn't have the part in stock and immediately offered to either order it from Sweden or cancel the order and refund my money. I told him to go ahead and order it, that I was OK with waiting a long time if needed.

What was the total price ( incl shipping ) ?
I supply them at $10 each incl shipping within US.
( Mine are hand made on a jig from slightly heavier piano wire than the OEM ones )

I tried making one myself, bending it by hand. I managed to make one that looked 100% correct, but it took a bunch of adjusting to get it to work at all, and it never did work quite right.

I no longer make these. Eric Hyden in Ohio now has the jig, I'm not sure if he is on this forum, but you can find him in several Crossfire forums over on Facebook.
