Default TCM Issues

So I have a 2004 xfire and I'm having some trans problems. I've read the posts and have determined that I have a bad TCM. In looking around I have not been able to locate a replacement that has the same exact #s.
I'm wondering if I can pop in the one pictured and be good to go.
Anyone know what the #s mean on this part and which ones are relative?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
