swap left to right your seats
as most of us our drivers seat is a lot more worn than the passenger seat, well i was sure i could, and i did, swap the frame (seat track) from left to right. it took about 4 hours but well worth it. here are some pictures.
how to ,remove seats, seat belt switch sides, elect switch a lot of it. seat frame( sliders, seat track)) switch the seats from one seat to the other, some things to do,, remove the front bar covers,, lift so you can get to the bolts out or bring your car to me one Sunday, for a price i can do it is just under 4 hours.

the bare seats are the same ,,the seat frame (track)( 6 way for the drivers side ) is the different part and the track stays where the factory put it ,,on most of the parts they say left or right, but the seats are the same and do not say left or right. example the seat belt gets changed from one side of the seat to the other, in other words the drivers seat belt buckle stays on the drivers seat just moved to the other side of the seat then the seat is moved to the passenger side of the car and no you do not sit to one side, the drivers seat now feels tighter, more firm, like new,,, and when i now sit in the now passenger side ,,it is soft and does not grab you,, the now drivers seat does grab you, because it is like a new seat,,the use to be passenger seat now drivers seat has not been sat in every day for the last 13 years. if your drivers seat is not destroyed ,this is the best thing you can do to your car (seats.)

If you say it works and sits well, then good to know. Every time I see a photo of right and left seats together, you can see that the head rest portion leans toward the windows.

that is the seat track that makes you think they are tilted , once installed that was one of the things i checked ,I did not take pic of both seats siting on floor,so i can not show you but here is a pic of both seats taken a few min. ago and yes the look like they are tilting towards the doors ,(this is after swapped)

I did the " change your passenger seat to an 8 way power seat upgrade", it's an inexpensive improvement which no one will regret. If your going to remove your seat and swap bases for $65 why not spend $125, buy the Mercedes part (ebay vendor) and turn it into an 8 way.
